Very enjoyable stay as always...

Not a lot to change really, maybe remove unused towels are a certain period down by the pool .

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complex was clean and the apartment was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was a great size and very clean. The bar and food were excellent.

As you can see I have given 10 out of 10 for everything but there is one reason I could never return; the sun-bed situation in the morning. There is a situation that the only way to get a bed is to queue for an hour from 8am to 9am each morning which is crazy. Can the pool not be cleaned and tidied the night before or early morning to allow people to go in once they wake up. Or towels of those who “book” a bed be removed after 2 hours if they do not return. Other than that Bitacora is perfect and we had a very happy time, but the stress of standing behind a chain each morning is not something people like doing on holiday. Thanks.

Lovely apartments very clean snack bar very reasonable would definitely stay again

Only issue was with sun beds up at 8 to get into a queue to get a sunbed is not a relaxing holiday and for the beds to be left with towels most off the dry with out any use was a shame
