We always enjoy our stay at the Bitacora. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Apartments and complex are spotlessly clean. Great value for money.

It was best holiday me and my family have had clean friendly location was great just faultless ready to book again for next year thanks to reception,bar,and especially the cleaning staff

Not a lot to change really, maybe remove unused towels are a certain period down by the pool .
