Pool was clean. Beds in bedroom comfy. Air con is good in the bedroom
No parasols out, even when not windy. Not letting guests pay for late checkout when rooms were available to book for that night. Rude pool bar staff when we asked for help with a parasol. I understand when it was very windy, but on calmer days but we ended up going to other apartments and spending loads there, simply to get some shade at the pool. WiFi absolutely dreadful. Sofa bed so creaky and uncomfortable. Not good for there to be no reception staff all afternoon.
