We've stayed at the Bitacora almost 30 times over the 11 years, as ever all the staff are friendly and the complex is always spotlessly clean. Great pool bar for drinks and food and along with the reception area looks great after it's refurbishment. The pool was heated for the 1st time in years which was great, normally in February a ice cube would' melt in it. Only downside now is it's popularity and price, we loved it when you could book last minute but now you have to book well in advance because it's nearly aways full but then that's a credit to the staff for making the Bitacora what it is today.
Given the fact that the price has greatly increase over the last few years I feel it's about time the Wifi was free.

This is our third year staying at Bitacora, it is like a home from home, food and drink very reasonable. The apartment was very clean, cleaning staff very friendly. Bar staff very helpful and friendly especially Lisa and Raoul. The gym and laundry room so very handy. Nice surprise to find pool heated this year. Quiet at night ensuring a good nights sleep. We have already booked for next year. Cant wait.
Maybe yoga classes or aqua aerobics for guests. Also having themed nights such as BBQ night or Paella night including Happy Hour
