The upgrades were excellent and the staff in the bar & reception helpful and welcoming.

The apartment was mostly clean except there was deficits in the bath room behind the door, and shower tray looked dirty but I don’t think that was the cleaners fault

This was our third time to stay at Bitacora, we love it. Lovely pool, apartments are clean and spacious and it's a great location, we will most certainly be back. Food at the pool bar is great quality.

It would be great if the the towels supplied were a bit bigger.

We have stayed in the Bitacora Cub apartments many times they are a firm favourite with our family. On this occasion we had to leave early because of illness at home and I will never forget the kindness shown to us on our departure. Thank you.
