--Las toallas no secan --Los mosquitos --Al ser un apartamento con terraza debería tener llave en lugar de tarjeta. A las 7.00h de la mañana salí al tendedero y se me cerró la puerta. En ese momento no había nadie en recepción. Espere 20 minutos hasta que mi mujer se despertó y me abrio. La tarjeta va bien para apartamentos de entrada y salida, pero un apartamento como el suyo que puedes salir a la terraza, te puede pasar lo que me paso a mi. --Al bar le falta una terraza con un tejado o un toldo, unas sillas chillona que sea atractivo sentarte a tomar una copa. Sino acabas siempre yendo a Puerto del Carmen

The staff are very friendly and work hard. Renovated rooms are perfect. Outdoor and pool kept very clean.
Do not allow people to leave towels on sunbeds all day and never use them. Should be removed after 30 minutes to allow other guests to use them. More parsons around the pool would help. Reduce the Wi-Fi cost.

The place is so modern clean and everything look fresh. The Staff is so friendly Rodri and Javier so helpful. The bar staff are all so friendly especially the guy in the closing shift. Breakfast is lovely and prices in the restaurant are also great value. Everything we need for a great holiday is there for us. Will definitely come back again.
