Really lovely new reception area. Friendly and helpful staff especially in the bar. They always had time to chat and share a joke. Cleanliness was excellent the cleaners worked very hard and the maintenance staff were always working. A great place to stay in Lanzarote.

There were plenty of sunbeds but need more sun umbrellas.

Nice upgrade to reception and pool bar.

Apartment needs upgrading ,bathroom very tired broken tiles near taps. Website booking needs fixing ,booked holiday confirmed and payed booked flights only for reservation to be cancelled. Lisa was amazing but totally overun in the morning with no help feel sorry for her .
