We had a fantastic family holiday at the Bitacora. The staff in the reception and bar were so friendly, helpful and could not do enough. We definitely would like to return. Very relaxing and a friendly atmosphere.

I think the apartments could be cleaned every day.

Apartments are well located. Quiet are with walking distance to old and new town. Pool area and bar area is nice, new reception is very welcoming.

Cleaners entering apartments when curtains are obviously closed and don't want to be disturbed, then insisting a firm is signed.sunved issue leaves the apartments down not enough beds to accommodate those staying their, management make the rules but don't get involved in removing towels
