The overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are joyful and polite. The receptionists are very helpful when sorting problems.

Complex was clean and bright. Staff were friendly Pool bar was bright and clean and service was quick

Friendly Clean Great Value For Money
Food in restaurant needs to be a bit more simple at times an all day breakfast or even later than 12pm would be better Simple things like a curry or gravy chip and being able to mix and match food to your desire within reason of course. Waitress just asked us is it on the menu I also found steaks hadn't been seasoned and made the meat taste a little bland. Prices are also alot higher than we expected coming from on onsight restaurant for visitors staying in the complex prices are equal or higher in some cases than food outlets on the main strip
