We always stay at Bitacora as the apartments are very clean and tidy, the whole site including the pool is clean and tidy. The on site bar has a great selection of food and drink. Bitacora staff are welcoming and friendly. It's a great place to stay.

It's a shame that the sun loungers are no longer allowed on the ground floor apartments. We are not people who like to sit round the pool all day. Also some apartments have reclining patio chairs and some don't. Would be good if all could be reclining chairs

Pretty much everything, having the shop on site was very convenient. The rooms and complex were spotlessly clean. The bar food was lovely, having the washer and dryer was really handy. Thank you

Please provide a lot more parasols and bases. Also, monitoring the sun beds for towels that are put out but aren’t used. That would be helpful
