Always stay at Bitacora when we come to Lanzarote. Lovely complex, clean & comfortable apartments & has everything you need. Staff are friendly, can’t wait to see the results of the refurbishment in the bar & reception when we return. Back in October for our 8th stay

Really enjoyed the upgraded facilities in the superior apartment. The shower was excellent. We appreciate that you were refurbishing the bar and restaurant so will look forward to visiting again when that is completed. Reception staff were excellent very accommodating they were extremely helpful. The complex is fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. Well done to everyone.

The relaxed and quiet atmosphere of the complex was great. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean . The supermarket onsite was fantastic and had a great choice of food. Also the short distance from the hotel to the centre was an enjoyable 15 mins walk.
