Very clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bedding to be changed more than once per week. All of the bar staff were lovely except for one small blonde haired lady. I dont think that customer service is her strongest point.

We have always enjoyed our stay at Bitacora as it has a homely feel to it. The staff has always been polite and friendly and the location has been just right for us
The kitchen area could do with a refresher as the cupboards are a little outdated and in need a little repair
