We LOVE Bitacora, This is our 3rd return in 2 year's and will never stay anywhere else in Lanzarote, We actually wait until there is availability to book. Reception Staff are so welcoming and helpful.
Our last 2 days this year was ruined by not having the pool to use. Very disappointed in this.

Pool bar very friendly and good food and service. Prices were ok.
The fact that I cannot reserve a specific apartment on any dates for sure is not so great. As we usually holiday for 2 or 3 weeks - For me this means we may end up in an apartment we’re not really happy with for quite a long time.
