We have stayed in the Bitacora Cub apartments many times they are a firm favourite with our family. On this occasion we had to leave early because of illness at home and I will never forget the kindness shown to us on our departure. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Bitacora. So clean, the cleaning ladies do an amazing job. Peaceful modern apartments in a great location. Really nice furnishings. The bar staff were just lovely and so friendly. Loved having the sunloungers at the apartment. Pool is so clean and well maintained. The gentleman at reception was so helpful booking us a taxi back to the airport. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bitacora to anyone. We will be back.
More umbrellas around the pool would be great.

This was our 7th stay and as always all staff were very hospitable complex always clean and cleaning staff are excellent says alot when we are repeat customers thanks so much and we hope to see you all in the near future.
In the summer months More entertainment at the pool or bar during the day and evenings bring back pool bingo this was a delight for our family years ago.
