Location Friendly reception Room size very good. We didn't use the pool bar to comment on their service.
Nothing we can think of. Slme neighbours were constantly scraping furniture along the floor butbthats not the hotels issue.

Another great stay at Bitacora, nice to see entertainment options available at night in the bar, bingo during the day bit of fun for everyone. Lovely complex with a shop on site for convenience.
Option of an early check in or late check out for a fee. Due to flight times with easyJet and Ryanair. They are mainly early morning or late in the evening

Hotel is so clean and welcoming. The staff are all fantastic and food is lovely in the cafe
Everything is great, but open the gym a bit earlier in the morning would be only thing to improve
