La limpieza ha mejorado notablemente desde mis estancias anteriores. La camarera de pisos fue excelente durante toda la estadía.
Me sorprendió que la camarera del bar no hablara español, lo que nos dificultó la comunicación. Lo que realmente me pareció un problema es que se ocupan las hamacas con toallas y luego no las usan durante horas o incluso en todo el día. Esto nos limitó el acceso a las hamacas varios días.

We stay at Bitacora every time we visit Lanzarote and it has always been excellent all the staff at reception cleaners and at the poolside bar would do anything to help they are so friendly we 100% recommend Bitacora
The race to get a sunbed at the pool at 9am every morning is a bit frustrating

We always stay at Bitacora as the apartments are very clean and tidy, the whole site including the pool is clean and tidy. The on site bar has a great selection of food and drink. Bitacora staff are welcoming and friendly. It's a great place to stay.
It's a shame that the sun loungers are no longer allowed on the ground floor apartments. We are not people who like to sit round the pool all day. Also some apartments have reclining patio chairs and some don't. Would be good if all could be reclining chairs
