El apartamento era precioso y muy práctico, ninguna queja con nada y muy agusto, no se escucha nada es muy tranquilo. Sin duda de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado de viaje. Esta en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de la playa. Al bar de la piscina no lo puntuo porque no lo utilizamos
El apartamento solo tenía aire acondicionado en la habitación y se echaba un poco en falta en la zona de salón,cocina,comedor durante el día hace mucho calor y era un poco agobiante por lo demás genial

Sentimos oír que la ausencia de aire acondicionado en el salón, la cocina y el comedor le resultó un poco incómoda durante los días calurosos. Sus comentarios son muy valiosos ya que nos ayudan a identificar las áreas donde podemos mejorar la comodidad de los huéspedes. Tendremos en cuenta su comentario a la hora de planificar futuras mejoras. Entendemos que no utilizó el bar de la piscina durante su estancia, y esperamos que si nos visita de nuevo, tenga la oportunidad de experimentarlo y disfrutar de los servicios que ofrecemos. Had a lovely stay at the bitarora. Bob in the pool bar was a great laugh. All the lads in the bar were great . The guys in reception were great. The shop on site was very handy. Overall a great complex . Can't wait to go back in July.

Always stay at Bitacora when we come to Lanzarote. Lovely complex, clean & comfortable apartments & has everything you need. Staff are friendly, can’t wait to see the results of the refurbishment in the bar & reception when we return. Back in October for our 8th stay
