stayed recently with yourselves and I just want to past on a message of gratitude towards the staff of the hotel especially reception . I had a very unwell baby my time there and had to move around rooms quite a bit the lad on reception I didn't get his name but he was so helpful towards us he made sure we always had a ground floor to accommodate the baby and even offered to ring doctor for the baby he gave us names of medication for myself while I was also unwell he genuinely went above and beyond . He allowed us to move room before required check in time to help make our trip easier with the sick baby . I have stayed in many places in Lanzarote as I have been coming neatly 10 years and I have never had a staff member treat me and my family so well and be so caring so I would really like to express my gratitude and thanks if this could be passed on .

Bar staff are amazing
Pool was out of use for 2 days which made us very unhappy

We LOVE Bitacora, This is our 3rd return in 2 year's and will never stay anywhere else in Lanzarote, We actually wait until there is availability to book. Reception Staff are so welcoming and helpful.
Our last 2 days this year was ruined by not having the pool to use. Very disappointed in this.
